August 1st 2026 : Chuy is very helpful & he addressed my concern with complete attention & seriousness. Here is what had transpired : On the last oil change in June 2026. I had heard the staff attending me, giving a shout out for the specific oil grade & his team member replying "we are out of that", without seeking my consent, or informing me, they still filled in oil, replaced filter (hopefully). I had the wiper blades and air filters replaced and I left, trusting, as I have been using their service for over a year. In the next few days ,I noticed smell of oil, and it was not the usual one. In a couple of weeks the smell got intense and light steam would appear from the engine area. Initially, I thought it might be the coolant , or radiator - I checked it , it was alright, no high temperature indication on the thermometer inside, so it was not waterbody steam. 4th week (my average miles per day are 50 only) , the engine sound changed & then I noticed on the ground in the parking lot outside my workplace, right underneath the engine, had a spot, not the a/c , I put my hand on it, it was oil. I moved the car to a different spot & weighted to make sure , it was not from another

I recently got my mother a new used car. I needed to get it ready for her to take it over. So I came here since it was the closest place to home. When I pulled in was greeted by Junior. He was super pleasant and knew his stuff. He presented me with options and while going over things made a few recommendations. He was not pushy, but gave me options. Ended up with the full synthetic, replaced the windshield wipers, and the cabin air filter. He did a check on the battery and the other filter as well. They checked out so I did not replace them on this particular visit. I was in and out very quickly. The staff was super nice, would definitely come back!

My experience at Valvoline was great! The guys are very welcoming and informative. As the attendant was going over the things that I was due for, I didn't fill pressured, they merely suggested that I consider purchasing services that my vehicle was due for. Each time I visit Valvoline, it's always pleasant. The other thing I noticed, was how patient the attendant was with the trainee, he explained each step by modeling and calmness. Great job guy!

I have taken my vehicle to this Valvoline location exclusively for oil changes for several years. After my most recent oil change, my vehicle developed a major oil leak that required towing. The car had no oil leaks prior to this service. What was most disturbing was the response from management. The manager, Michael, advised me on multiple occasions to drive the vehicle off the lot despite an active oil leak. That is unsafe and shows a complete disregard for customer safety. When I attempted to address the issue through their claims process, it became clear the process is biased. The same store management involved in the service controls the documentation and narrative used to decide claims. I was discouraged from pursuing a claim and told verbally that it would be denied before any fair review occurred. The service documentation itself is contradictory. In one section it references a leak, yet elsewhere it states the gasket and plug were checked, sealed, and showed no issues. This alleged leak was never disclosed to me at the time of service. These guys and gals rock! It was a cold misty day and frankly a holiday and they were open!😮 They directed me to pull into the garage they had closed and went to work taking care of not only my oil change but wiper blades repair, hood hydraulic repair, and oil change all while I sat cozy behind the wheel! Very professional, clean, and quick! Highly recommended! You will love’em! ~DA
